It feels so surreal to say, as I'm set to start teaching at Om-azing Yoga as an actual member of their team! For the past five weeks, These past few weeks I feel like I've really come into my own a lot as an Aerial Yoga teacher. I've gotten so much more comfortable at the front of the classroom, and with the give and take of energy that allows me to find and assist students with what they need. I'm so happy that I have made Aerial a part of my journey!  Thank you so much for such an amazing experience, in the Aerial Teacher Training and after. I think about all that I learned constantly, and it continues to better me.

I had the great pleasure of attending a weekend-long yoga and meditation retreat with Kelly and a group in Rehobeth Beach Delaware in May. The entire weekend was a delight. Kelly is a caring and professional instructor who connected with the entire group while facilitating a diverse range of yoga sessions and moments of deep mediation on the beach, in the bay (on paddle boards) and in the air (via aerial yoga!)  The accommodations and meals were beautiful. The schedule and conversations with other members of the group were wonderfully easy and stress-free.
